I am <webmaster@zentral-bank.eu> and owner of the domain!
I am writing your from <maximilian@baehring.at> because
you seem to have a dns name resolution problem:

when I telnet into your "route-views.routeviews.org"
([128.223.51.103] or [2001:468:d01:33::80df:3367])
log in using "rviews" and issue a ping i get wrong
namne resoltion results from your dns-resolver

resolves to

184.171.108.140

instead of

193.109.132.11

in ipv4 or in ipv6 to

2620:101:9000:53::55

instead of

2001:678:de0:0:193:109:132:11


the ipv4 184.171.108.140 (nts-sinkhole.uoregon.edu)
is in your own University of Oregon AS 3582 and reachable
while 2620:101:9000:53::55 (no reerse dns) is in AS40934
(fortine) an not answering to a ping.

i have checked everything even with dns propagation checket and all other namesrvers in the world say that your dns-resolver is giving back wrong information. i alos used dns debugging tools like zonemaster.net
and dnsschecker.org and i even checked with the whois of the eurid registry and checked everything from the dns ropmost root-servers.net.
