If a session is up over an hour: which is not precise enough
then you cannot speak of "flapping routes"! (i have seen route
flapping "in the wild" mostly occuring in ebgp multi-hop route
config failures where the next hop route which is learend by bgp
from the peer is beter/preferred over the static route the peer
is connected to by prefix filtering failures).

First of all, i know the People who designed the "April Fool"
protocol IPv6 / Native IPv6 like "native" "Olive Oil" very well.

As a former journalist I know about IPTV / "netflix" True Crime
