The best for me would be if you issue me an symbolical 1.00 US$ price invoice for the new vps for the period today until fabfruary which explians that the new vps will be used as an replacemenet for the old one which contains also the ip-address and date the old vps thatwill be rpacend was ordered.
and issue me a second invice of 5.50 US$ for this old vps and the dcic upgrade.

Therefore I cannot setup or use any new server that i have no invoice for before December 31st, 2026.
I know this trik. The opposite party, the terroists/mfaia could otherwise say, this was our server, we payed for it. And the data is our exclusive story so the vicitm can not use the data on it against us.
They will veen try to sue you to delete it or try to hack the system. Therofr there is a need for me to be able to have an inovce as evidence that I rented the system and the data was put on it on the date the filsytem timestamps mark. You understand?

This is no good idea. I can for legal reasons not use any VPS i do not have payed an invoice for, the reason is that my mother worked for banking security and i am whitness in german car bombing a terror case which my website/blog is about. I myself was working as a (news/TV) jorunalist at that time. My child was kidnapped to make me not go to polce/or be whitness at courts corrupt policemen/mafia here in germany try to steal an maniplate my evidence data. IS IS THEREFORE ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY that the time stamps of the files in my blog keep orognal, tehfore w need to keep the current/old filesystem.

Don't worry about the extra disk cost, I have processed an order for replacement KVM and given it the same due date of 08/02/2027 are you able to move over to the KVM by the due date and request cancellation on the OpenVZ product for me please?

Oh, Wow, it os not 40 GB as I requested, it's even 45GB now!
so the invoice shold be
1.5 x 10 GB disk extension (4.00 us/10GB) = 6.00 US$
plus
one-time installation fee 0.50 US

thank you for your additional offer for a professional KVM with more CPU Power/RAM.
sorry, but I am a bit in a hurry and simply have no time for a completely new setup
(configurations/scripting) in the moment.
simply extending the disk space is the only option that fits for me at the moment.
