Vorsicht: die RIPE hatte den PI-IPv4-Space gelöscht also den Adressbereich der msd management solutions development ltd. 193.109.132/23 und AS21158
Habe das am Wochenende gesehen und eine Wiederherstellung verfügt, die RIPE hat ein altes MR-Handle von highwayone verwendet womit ich nicht einverstanden bin aber das steht auf einem anderen Blatt.
Ich von mir aus habe das netz seit dem Weggang von msd vor 11 jahren nicht mehr angerührt und die Ripe gebeten meine digitale zeichnungseberechtigung für das netz auf ihrer seite ohne mein zu-tun herauszunehmen um eventuellen Rechtsansprüchen ihrer Seite nicht im Wege zu stehen.
Einvernehmliche Lösung der Partner war daran gescheitert daß die Interimslösung der Umleitung der Peers über Frankfrut a.M. zwischen Juli und Novemeber allein von mir als 50% Gesellschafter ge-tragen werden sollte! Hierzu gibt es ein Verfahren mit Plulsine vor dem Landgericht Frankfurt a.M.! Immerhin hatte mich Michael Gross wochenlang rechtswidrig aus meinem Büro in der Louisenstarße 101 aussperren lassen und mir meine Bezüge teilweise gesperrt. Da ich gegenübr den nach der Kündingungsaktion von Michael Gross verbliebenen VPN/Contentproviding Kunden InterSearch Worldwide Ltd. und OSV Financial Management GmbH mit der Gesellchaft nicht das Risiko von Regressforderungen eingehen wollte durch ein nicht mehr kontrollierbares Netz wurden die Netz-endpunkte direkt am Haupt-netzknoten (statt über Standleitung bis in die Lousinestraße) in die Hochsicherheitrechenzentren von Global Access und Plusline nach Frankfurt verlegt. Diese Änder-ungen sind von mir bei der Ripe dokumentiert worden und waren zu jederzeit und für jedermann öffentlich. Die Kosten hatte ich allein zu tragen. Anders als Michael gross wollte ich das geschäft die der Gesellschaft nicht auf LAN-Wartung sondern das aus der ferne managbare WAN verlagern.
Bis ins erste Quartal 2014 hat man mich bar jeglicher Einnahmen bei weiterlaufenden Kosten gestellt und durch Aushungern zur Einwilligung in eine auf den 14. Juli 2003 rückdatierte Entlastung abzu-nötigen ? Beisein Jörg Martin - um Teilforderungen erfüllt zu bekommen. Diese betarchte ich bis heute als schwebend unwirksam.Rechtsanwalt Claus Jürgen Exner kennt den Vorgang ich hatte ihn Juni 2003 gebeten zu vermittlen. Ich erinnere daß damals auch noch ein Rechtsstreit mit UUnet/MCI Worldcom anhängig war da UUNet unfähig war beide S2M Standleitungen per MLPPP zu bundeln.

To summarise, the RIPE NCC does not have a supporting LIR registered for your PI and AS number. This is why your resources were de-registered.
After trying since sept. 2013 to contact you in this regard with no success the resources were deleted from the RIPE database and de-registered.
Today your second fax was given to me which allowed me to trace your original fax from april 2013 asking to avoid de-registration. I apologise for the fact that your first fax at that time was not processed.
I have now reverted the changes and your resources are registered in the RIPE database for now. However you must find a supporting LIR within the next three months and sign a supporting LIR contract to ensure the continued registration of the resources. This is very important. Please confirm that you understand and will provide the neccessary documents to complete this process. The required documents are:
- a copy of the signed supporting LIR contract between msd management solutions development gmbh and an active LIR You can find a list of active LIRs here:
